This is very good family stay hotel in center of Tirupati city. 500 mtrs from station [so whole night train horn can hear from the room if you keep open the window]. 500 mtrs from bus depo. Very conveniet all kind of travellers. Inside car parking is adequate. Manager is helpful and professional. Clean, tidy, hot water, big beds, big size rooms with table chairs, cubords etc. Lift working perfectly. Drinking water you have to purchased.
Our recent stay at durga residency is worst, Hotel room was booked and paid for a duration of three days. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unsatisfactory and fell significantly below basic hospitality and service standards. Lack of Essential Amenities for Infant Care: Firstly, we requested access to hot water or a kettle to prepare baby formula milk. This is a fundamental requirement for guests traveling with infants. The response from the hotel staff was that this facility could not be provided as the hotel is “not a five-star property,” and instead, hot water was sourced from a ne
had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff were unfriendly and unresponsive to repeated requests. The room was not properly cleaned, amenities promised during booking were unavailable, and complaints were handled poorly. Hospitality and customer care were completely lacking. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise future guests to consider other options.
