I wasn’t satisfied with the room or staff. There was no comfort with the AC being turned off in the middle of the night, no hot water even during the hotel’s stated hot-water hours, breakfast that turned out not to be complimentary, and no bill at checkout. The reception guy seemed very reluctant to give us a bill. The split ACs were very old and the remotes didn’t work, and the reception guys turned the AC off at night. You may want to double-check whether breakfast is really included, since you could be charged the next day despite being told it was complimentary. The room wasn’t hygienic, with hair all over the room and bed, which was irritating to find after booking. Towels weren’t replaced the next day after housekeeping either.

For what they charge, you can find better accommodation. The staff were rude and didn’t know how to speak to pilgrims. The rooms, beds, and extra mattress were all in poor condition, with lots of stains on the sheets. There was no hot water. After asking many times, they gave us an electric heater, which we had to use at our own risk. Don’t include breakfast: they charge three times more and bring tiffin from a roadside cart. The worst place to stay.

I’m in the room now, and it feels awful. The service is terrible, the reception answers rudely, and the toilets aren’t up to standard. Don’t come to this hotel.
