We paid ₹2,000 for the room and another ₹1,000 as the advance/security they requested. At check-in, we asked clearly whether being an hour late at checkout would mean an extra charge, and the receptionist said it wouldn't. We were only 30 minutes late, but at checkout they refused to return the ₹1,000 and demanded another ₹1,000. Staff shouted at us and were very rude. The communication was poor and the behavior unprofessional and disappointing. I've never had this happen at another hotel, and I can't recommend this place.

The rooms and washrooms were dirty. They quote one price at check-in and ask for a deposit, then at checkout they keep the deposit and give excuses while charging extra. If you're going to triupathi, don't stay here. It feels like a big scam.

We paid 2000 for three people, even though other places offer AC rooms for 1200 or 1500. The room had poor maintenance and no proper ventilation, and even the fan wasn't giving air. When we asked to move, the staff were rude and wouldn't listen. An auto driver had referred us here, and we trusted him without checking. This was the worst hotel experience I've had. Please don't choose this hostel.

We paid 1k for a room for three people, which seemed worth it for the budget. The rooms were clean, and the staff helped us with travel and other things. A good stay overall.

The owner was very bad, and the room was dirty. They charge extra when you leave, and they wouldn't let us keep our luggage. If they do allow it, they deduct money from the deposit.
