Random people were sleeping in the lobby and corridors, and the whole place stank and felt extremely unsafe, especially for a family. There was no sense of security or professionalism. The staff’s attitude made it worse: the room boy said, “This is what we have. If you want, you can stay, otherwise take a refund and leave.” He didn’t apologize or try to fix anything. The bedsheets were dirty, the washroom filthy, and the commode had no seat cover. Basic hygiene was completely ignored. This was a horrible, unacceptable stay and felt like a health and safety risk. I strongly don’t recommend it. Save your money and peace of mind by staying far away.

The staff weren’t cooperative because of language issues. The rooms weren’t cleaned properly, and no complimentary sanitary items were provided.

Cockroaches were in the room and on the bed, and the sheets hadn’t been changed. The rooms weren’t clean at all. Worst experience.

The rooms look good, but the bathrooms aren’t cleaned properly and had a bad smell like drinkis. The equipment is also very old.

We cancelled because we couldn’t stay there for even a second. The website photos don’t look like the real place, and both the hospitality and room hygiene were gross. It’s not a place for families. MMT, please take action about the false photos on the website.
