This was my third stay, and the management has changed since before. Dhamu is responsible for pretty much everything, and he’s very good at his job and helpful. The property is well managed and clean enough. On an earlier stay, we found the apartment clean, well maintained and worth the money. It was large enough for a big family, with clean, well-kept toilets and parking for cars. Staff were courteous and well mannered. Cards were accepted, and help was available for simple things like getting tea, coffee and food. We had booked a non AC room, though, and the gutter across the street gave off a strong stench, so keeping the windows open at night was difficult. We kept them shut all the time. I hope something can be done about that.

The apartment was very comfortable, with a good bed, a nice bathroom, and everything we needed. MAAYON RESIDENCY was a lovely, welcoming host who was around when needed and happy to share local knowledge. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms and facilities were cleaned every day. There’s plenty of space, air conditioning, and large lockers that fit bigger backpacks. We had a great stay.

The staff made this feel more like staying in a home than in a hotel. They were caring and friendly, and the coffee and tea were nicely prepared. There’s also a decent place to eat nearby that met our needs. We stayed with family for two days and left satisfied with Mayoon Residency.

Our family found this a great place to stay in Tirupati. The apartment was clean and well cared for, with two bedrooms fitted with air conditioning and queen-size beds. It also has a geyser and basic furniture, and an induction cooktop can be provided if you ask. The staff were courteous.

The terrace view is lovely, and the people working here were friendly and very helpful. Inside, the apartment has a spacious hall with a couch and TV, a kitchen, and a dining table for four, with extra chairs available too. Both bedrooms have double beds, cupboards, and attached bathrooms. Everything was clean and tidy, and the prices are very reasonable.
