I accidentally left my iPods on the bed when I checked out. I called right away, but the hotel couldn't find them at first. I phoned again the next day, explained what had happened and what the item was worth, and asked them to look once more. About an hour later, they called to say they'd found the iPods and asked me to send someone to pick them up. They returned them promptly, even knowing the price, which says a lot about the staff's honesty. Thank you to the management team for handling it so well. This budget hotel was also clean and well maintained, with good value for money. It's a short walk from Govindaraju Temple, Bhimas restaurant, and the Railway Station. I was thoroughly impressed and highly recommend it to anyone visiting this devotional place.

The location is lovely, with restaurants, govindaraja temple and konery nearby, and the busstand is walkable. We felt very comfortable and safe, with no disturbances. Service was available 24 hours. We loved it.

We spent 3 days and 2 nights here. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and decent for what we paid. Staff were polite and helpful, so the stay went smoothly. It's within walking distance of Tirupati Railway Station, and the location and price make it good value. Don't let the negative reviews put you off.

Sujan residency is in a prime spot, with access to the back side of govindraja swamy temple and both South Indian & North Indian hotels nearby. The staff were good and responsive. I recommend staying here.

I got a room even outside the usual booking hours, though checkout is normally at 12pm. It was in great condition, neat and clean, and the staff were friendly and supportive. The hotel is a walk from the railway station, and hot water was available in the evening too.
