Service here needs to improve, both in cleanliness and in how guests are treated. The room only gets cleaned when you check in, and it needs to be cleaner. There’s no food service. When you ask for help, staff don’t respond in a proper manner. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others.

This is an old building that’s been renovated, but it still doesn’t feel new. Online-booked guests weren’t given lift access, and the attendant explained that using it would cost extra. That’s pathetic. They allow bachelors and liquor consumption, and when I pressed the manager about it, he ignored my question. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families.

We called to book a room and were told the booking was confirmed. They said we could pay the advance when we arrived. But a week before the trip, when we called to let them know when we’d be there, they said there was no booking and the rooms were already taken. It would have been a disaster to travel there only to be turned away. Terrible service. Better stay at another hotel.

The rooms were in poor condition for what they cost. A non-AC room was 1200 per day, with another 600 for AC for one night. Charging 600 Rs a night just for AC seems absurd when you can get an AC room for 1500.
