Traveling with a toddler and two older relatives can be stressful, so I really appreciated how understanding and accommodating Shankar at the front desk was with our requests. Thanks for that. The hotel is easy to reach and close to the train station, and the rooms were comfortable and decent. Room service could perhaps be quicker, though that’s a small nitpick. I’d recommend springs hotel for a clean, pleasant budget stay.

The bedding could be more comfortable: the mattress made it hard to sleep, and the towels, sheets, and quilts felt a bit rough and bobbly. There was also traffic noise at night. The in-house restaurant’s food wasn’t worth the price, whether ordered to the room or eaten there, and needs a lot of improvement. On the plus side, the rooms and bathroom were clean and well kept, and the staff were welcoming. It’s good value for money, with convenient connections despite being a bit far from the Alipiri Entrance. Parking is limited but available. A decent budget stay with very good service, and better bedding and food would improve it.

There’s no restaurant in the hotel itself; for food, you have to go to the adjacent building where they have a tie-up. The hotel sits right on the main road. We had a luxury family room for three, and it was spacious and clean, including the bathroom. The AC worked well, the lifts were in good condition, and the front desk and other staff were helpful.
