They let us check in earlier than our preferred time, and the staff were helpful and friendly. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are plush, but the bathroom is only okay and short on space, so anyone on the heavier side may have to adjust to fit comfortably. Only AC rooms are available, and road work made it a little difficult to get there. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The saver room was more than hospitable, and the staff were welcoming and cooperative. It was well maintained and they paid a lot of attention to cleanliness. For what I paid, it felt like an incredible deal, less than what you could pay for a pair of jeans these days.

We'd booked another hotel before setting off for Tirupati, but didn't like its ambience when we arrived, so we looked around and found PMR Guest Inn. I inspected the room first and booked once I was satisfied. It's easy to find on the main road, opposite Reliance mall, with no transport issues. Most rooms are around 100 sft, and only two are bigger. They're small but clean and well maintained, as are the bathrooms. Each bathroom has its own geyser, so hot water is available whenever needed. That's a big plus in Tirupati, where many hotels use a shared solar geyser and hot water can be an issue. There isn't an in-house restaurant, but several restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel also has tieups with a couple of them, and menus are available in the room. You can also order through zomato or swiggy. The staff are helpful and ready to guide anyone new to Tirupati. There's no dedicated parking, but they ask you to park in the open area opposite the hotel. There's a dedicated lift for the hotel too.

This was a terrible experience, unlike anything I've had on my travels. The hospitality was very poor and pathetic, and they had no manners when speaking to customers. There was no water supply in the room, and no water jug, electric kettle, soap, towels, or anything else you could find there. Zero stars. Don't choose this place at any cost, you'll suffer.
