Oyo 27936 Hotel Welcome Tirupati

The toilets were cramped and dirty, and the bed covers were dirty too. The AC blew hot air all day. They said they couldn't fix it and offered another room, but that one was even dirtier, so we had no real choice. We'd booked for two guests through makemytrip, but the room wasn't clean, there was no TV remote or clean sheet, and no blanket. Worst experience ever at 'OYO Hotel Welcome Tirupati'.

We were in and out in just eight minutes. We booked through OYO, but when we arrived the manager said there were no rooms. After a while we got one, if you can call it a room rather than a cave. The sheets were stained, the pillow covers were dirty and had clearly been used by previous guests, and the room had mosquitoes and who knows what else. My wife, our one-year-old and I complained at reception five minutes after checking in, at 4 in the morning. The manager refused to change the linen, and the room boys we'd tipped wouldn't do it either. The staff were horrible, and the manager was annoying and seemed not to care about customers. We complained to OYO and checked out. Thanks to OYO for returning our money.

We spent the whole night in our car because the power was out all night. There was no lift, and room service wasn't available. The room was tiny, damp, smelly and dirty, and the AC didn't work. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The staff were polite, and the rooms were clean and maintained for the price and location. The washrooms were just OK. WiFi and complimentary breakfast were available. The hotel is about 3.5 Km from the Bus Stand, away from Tirumala, and the rooms are on the second floor with no lift.
