The room was clean and spacious, with AC, a geyser, and water available 24 hours, but there was no cupboard, which I especially needed for a longer stay. It's budget-friendly, and Swiggy and Zomato were the saving grace since there was no in-house kitchen or nearby restaurant. There was no help carrying luggage to the room. I was also unhappy with the check-out call right at 10, while I was already prepared to leave. Usually a hotel asks whether I'd like to extend or check out, and this made me feel unwelcome. I submitted a masked AADHAR card as ID, which the government authorizes, but got into an argument with the receptionist and ended up having to provide the full AADHAR. Communication may be difficult for people who don't speak the local language.

The receptionist was very warm, and they got rooms for us right away. The hotel is newly opened, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and amazing. We had a great experience and would like to visit again.

We felt well looked after the whole time. The host was attentive, quick to respond, and went out of the way to make us comfortable. The residence was well equipped, nicely maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. We really appreciated the care and hospitality. Their professionalism made the stay memorable. Clean, comfortable, excellent host and care, with top-notch hospitality. Highly recommended!

I've been coming to Tirupati at least twice a year for the past 20 years and have stayed in almost all the top hotels, so what stood out here was the honest pricing. I booked through an online aggregator, and for the first time in my life a hotel refunded me because the online rates were higher than the offline rates. Kudos to them. The front office and housekeeping staff were gentle, customer-focused, and always smiling. Special mention to Kreeti for leading the way. The rooms are spacious, and the TV, AC, and hot water all worked as expected. I never needed to call anyone, and the bathroom was neat and clean.

The staff are cooperative, and the rooms are neat, clean, and well maintained. It's affordable and close to Tirumala bus stand, so a must-stay in Tirupathi.
