The rooms smelled bad and were poorly maintained, and broken door stoppers made things even more inconvenient. The reception staff were exceptionally rude and unprofessional. I asked to have the rooms cleaned before we went sightseeing, expecting them to be ready after we were out for eight hours. When we came back, they were still dirty. When I complained, reception first said a colleague had misunderstood and thought we wanted the rooms cleaned after we returned. After I escalated the issue, they changed their story and insisted I’d asked for cleaning after our return. Management then cited a policy that rooms are cleaned only when guests are present, but couldn’t show any proof of it. The hotel felt shady, and the food was atrocious. A single cup of tea cost ₹70 plus taxes, and outside food wasn’t allowed, which was very inconvenient. My family and I had an extremely disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere better.

The room smelled rotten, and with no working AC it was impossible to spend the night. The AC was broken, the door had no locks, and the toilet water barely drained, leaving the bathroom flooded after a five-minute shower. We paid for a deluxe room with a king-size bed but got a standard room with twin beds. Nobody was available to help with our luggage. The place is outdated and very expensive for rooms with so few facilities. Reception staff were exceptionally rude and unprofessional. The toiletries were just rupee sachets of shampoo and a small hand soap, not what you’d expect when they claim to be three-star and charge for three-star amenities. We paid 7.5k for two rooms for one night. There are plenty of cheaper options in Tirupathi. Please don’t book here and ruin your holiday.

We had an awesome time, with exemplary service and the most delicious Andhra food we’ve had in a long while. The Gongura was a hit with the whole group.
