Temple Valley

I paid ₹2,500 a night, and the place didn't feel worth even ₹500. It's old, dusty, outdated, and poorly maintained throughout. There's no lift, and the lack of upkeep is obvious everywhere. The room had just one harsh white light and stained walls, so it felt dull and neglected. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the sheets and pillow covers looked old, dirty, and stained. Asking for fresh ones made no difference. In the bathroom, the flush didn't work, the bidet pipe leaked, and the geyser dripped. The stained toilet seat clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. Poor hygiene and an uncomfortable stay, completely not worth the price. I wouldn't recommend it.

As part of an APTDC package, we were allowed just one hour to freshen up. The room was very dirty, though the restroom was okay for a quick bath. Housekeeping expected money at checkout despite providing absolutely no service. It's really disappointing that APTDC partners with hotels like this while charging premium rates.

We got hot water, and the rooms were average, but there was no breakfast. We arrived in the morning on a Tirupati package trip from Hyderabad and were given only an hour to freshen up. When we returned after visiting Tirupati, the first option was common toilets for everyone. It took a lot of complaints and arguments before they gave us two rooms for men and two for women, which was clearly not enough for a bus of around 40 people. The staff were rude and unresponsive, and poor management made the whole experience frustrating.

The room we were given to freshen up in as part of our Tirupati package had a faulty washroom lock that wouldn't close, so families should check the locks before staying. The hotel was quite good otherwise, with spacious rooms and hot water.
