Cockroaches filled the room, which made the stay extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable. The room upkeep was terrible and seemed completely neglected. The service boy always appeared drunk and wasn't helpful, and the staff's behavior was very unprofessional. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. A very bad experience, and I strongly advise people not to stay here.
We didn't have a good stay. The fans in the non-AC room didn't work properly, and after checking out I realized I'd left some personal belongings behind. I called right away, but they didn't bother to help. They charge a lot, yet offer no support when something goes wrong. Definitely not recommended.
There was a pungent insecticide smell in the room, and the stay was a very bad experience I'd rather forget. The room itself was below standard: the TV didn't work, the overhead bathroom shower was missing, and there was no hot water.
A really bad experience with both the room and the manager. The AC wasn't working even though we'd booked an AC room, and the washroom wasn't clean or working properly. The manager also lured us into paying more money. Never go here.
The quality, service, and experience were all outstanding. Five stars, no hesitation.
