The rooms were reasonably clean and nice, and the location is excellent. You know the basic setup to expect from a Treebo property, so I wasn't looking for luxuries. The reception staff seemed uninterested and confused. Our door keys didn't work, so they moved us to different rooms. After we'd left, we realized we'd forgotten something and came back. I found someone at reception trying to open our room. When I asked about it, he seemed unsure what to say, which left me suspicious that someone had been checking our room. The complimentary breakfast was unacceptable. They served one Masala Dosa cut in half, which felt humiliating. When we asked, they said room residents only get Half a masala Dosa.

We had paid in full ahead of time, but our booking was turned down at 9:30pm. We were travelling with family and kids. We'd booked two AC rooms, but got just one, and it smelled bad. The bedsheets weren't clean either, so it's better to bring your own, as we usually do. Around 4am, the light in one room started blinking and I couldn't get back to sleep.

Our two-night stay was a nightmare for all four of us. I was on a business trip to Rayalseema, sharing two rooms with double occupancy. The restaurant prices were exorbitant, and breakfast was restricted and limited. Room service stopped after 6pm. The AC didn't work properly, and the toilet flush was hopeless. Even after we'd given the housekeeping ladies ₹100, they asked for more tips. I'd strongly avoid this property.

The walls had visible stains, and cleanliness and upkeep fell short of what I expected. The bathroom needs work too, and its flush wasn't working, which was inconvenient. The room itself was decent, but the hotel needs to maintain things better for a comfortable stay.

The location is good, but there's no secure car parking. We had a very uncomfortable stay yesterday: when we entered our room at 7 PM, lots of tiny cockroaches were running around, even on the bed.
