The staff are friendly and provide great service. They understand your value. It’s a good place to stay, though it’s some distance from the market and the heart of the city. The receptionist can arrange an Auto rickshaw or Cab, and Ola cab service is available in Tirupati too. ATMs may be a little hard to find, and smokers should make sure they have enough stock.

The room wasn’t cleaned, there’s no online payment system, and they charged the customer unnecessarily. The service was bad, and the staff behaved badly with people from other states. Don’t choose this place.

I booked through Oyo, but the hotel staff told me Oyo had cancelled my booking, so we had to find another hotel. The place looked good from outside. Maybe the hotel had little control over what Oyo did, and the platform seemed unreliable, but the whole experience was bad.

The rooms are just okay, and the lift takes 6 minutes to go to the 3rd floor. The biggest drawback is the location outside the city. Don’t book here if you want to roam inside the city.

The rooms are good and kept clean, with a nice view of the hills and highway. It’s far from the city, there’s no food available here, and basic amenities are missing.
