They didn't give us the room we had booked online. Offering it online and then not honoring it at check-in feels almost like cheating. A very bad experience.

I got a room at vip residency hotel and received very good service. I'd recommend it for comfortable accommodation.

The floor was dirty and the room hadn't been cleaned. The AC didn't work, and there was no geyser in the room. We had to get hot water in a bucket from outside the room. They charged 1300 for AC and geyser, and what we got felt like a rat house. We had no choice but to stay there that night. I wouldn't choose this hotel in Tirupati, and would ask others not to either. I'd give it zero stars if that were an option.

The location is handy, around 650 to 700 m from the bus stand and 250 m from Srinivasam. But the beds and floor weren't clean, and the management didn't provide drinking water. We booked a non-AC room through Agoda, and I really wouldn't recommend choosing one here. There was no ventilation, so it felt suffocating. Opening the windows meant dealing with mosquitoes. I don't know what the AC rooms are like, but I'd only choose this hotel if there were no other options.
