Check-in and even asking questions felt like a nuisance to the reception staff, who were shockingly rude and unhelpful. The room was neglected, with poor lighting and an AC that didn’t work. There was no room service or even basic amenities, and the place felt unhygienic and badly managed. It wasn’t worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here, even briefly. I’ve had my worst hotel experience in Tirupathi here.

Cockroaches turned up in the room, the bathrooms were in bad shape, and the doors were broken. Staying here was a nightmare.

The washroom door wouldn’t stay shut and opened by itself, and the charging sockets didn’t work properly. There were cockroaches in the cupboards and a bad smell in both the room and washroom. For 2500 per room, the space was far too small and the price far too high. They didn’t provide soap or bath liquids either. It was a terrible stay, and I wouldn’t suggest this place.

There’s no room service, and they didn’t provide soap, bath liquids, or even drinking water. The charging sockets also didn’t work properly. The staff were rude and had no manners. We had a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The room was small, and the staff were rude. They showed us an AC room and we discussed its price, but afterward he told us to take a non-AC room instead. He even mocked us, saying, “You want an AC room for 1200?” I’d rather sleep in my car than stay at a hotel like this. No rating.
