A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price - hotel "Hotel Sunilkrishna" is located in Tirupati. This hotel is located minutes away from the city center.

The manager called this the hotel's “best Executive AC room.” If that is really their best category, I'm concerned about the overall standard at Hotel Sunil Krishna. I booked the so-called best room in a 3-star hotel, and the condition fell far below basic hospitality expectations. The bed had bed bugs, which is a serious hygiene and health concern, and there were flies in the room. The switchboard was damaged and seemed unsafe. The bathroom tap fixture was broken, the door lock was missing or damaged, and cleanliness and maintenance were extremely poor. A guest should be able to count on pest control, safe electrical fittings, working bathroom amenities, secure locks, clean rooms, and professional handling of complaints. None of those basic expectations were met here. When visiting Tirupati, be cautious and inspect the room carefully before staying. I was very disappointed with both the room and the management's response.

The reception staff were helpful, and the 24-hour check-in arrangement worked well for us. We booked two rooms and stayed for two days, starting on 17 Feb. The stay was nice apart from a few issues: both rooms had lots of small cockroaches, the bathroom was just okay, and the flush was so loud it could disturb people in the next room at night.

A budget-friendly place about 1 km from both the railway station and bus stand. The rooms were spacious and tidy, with nearly all the usual useful items. The AC, smart TV, and other facilities were working.

What stood out was the service. When you're visiting a spiritual destination and don't know the language or how to get to and from the temple, good help makes a big difference. Yasmeen at reception was a delight to talk to, proactive with the information we needed, and even helped arrange my travel to Srikalahasti. She was so helpful. God bless her! The rooms are spacious, though the bathrooms aren't great.

The room service responded quickly whenever we called, and the staff were friendly and cooperative. The rooms were tidy and well maintained, with good bedsheets and pillow covers. There were some cockroaches, though. The area felt secure at night, with CCTV coverage around the clock. Impressed with the staff and upkeep, and thankful for the stay at such a beautiful place.
