The staff were very nice, and the hotel itself is clean, spacious, and has a balcony. My issue was the manager, who spoke to us very rudely. He seemed arrogant and didn't care about customers, and he didn't know how to speak respectfully to a customer or a woman. Don't expect much from him.

Average room for a decent price, but service was poor. It's near Sreenivasam complex, and there's a wine shop beside the room.

The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were clean and good. Hot water is available in the daytime from a solar heater. Keep in mind that they only take cash, with no UPI or card payments, and they don't provide drinking water. There's an SBI Bank ATM nearby if you need to withdraw cash. Otherwise, a good place for travellers staying in Tirupati.

The location is handy, with food nearby and the station and Srinivasa bus stand close by. Autos were available even after 10. The rooms were clean, but service wasn't great. Not having drinking water was a big problem, and it's cash only, with no digital payments.

We came from Chennai on the Sapthagiri Express, and they let me check in before noon instead of insisting on the usual time. They just asked that I check out at the same time the next day, which was good. The room was clean, spacious enough for two, and had hot water throughout. The bathroom and toilet were a bit small but manageable for the price. There are lots of places to eat nearby, so it's handy for travellers. Finding the hotel the first time may be a little difficult, but Google Maps can guide you.
