It was a nice place to stay, but they still have a lot to sort out. The setup seems recent and there's no proper system yet. Hot water was a problem because the rooms share connected geysers, so guests are expected to share it. At the price charged for a classic room, I expected to be able to take a hot bath. Breakfast was offered as complimentary, though I don't think it arrives before 8, which says something about their time management. I've stayed in OYO rooms that cost more but had amenities to match the price.

The deluxe room was very good, which is the only reason for my three stars. The hotel is tucked well inside from the main road, making it hard to go out once you're there, and there isn't much nearby for tea or coffee. They don't provide an electric kettle, which would at least help with that. There are no restaurants in the hotel, so food has to be ordered from outside. The TV only had free channels and Star Sports, not much for kids. Security also concerned me: no guards, hardly any guests, and we were the only ones on the top floor. The door had no peephole or chain, so I couldn't see who was outside before opening it.

The rooms are all air-conditioned, and the water, tea, and breakfast were good quality. Everything felt comfortable, and the staff were well-mannered and provided great service. I would recommend it to friends coming to Tirupati, and would book it without hesitation if looking for one of the best hotels there.

Please don't waste your money here. The reception didn't respond properly to requests, and there was no room service, not even for a coffee. The menu in the room was no use since you couldn't get any food, and there isn't a shop nearby either, so you have to travel a long way to find something to eat. The place is set back from the main road, the road is in bad shape and could damage your car, and there's no proper parking. You have to leave the car in a nearby vacant lot that was in very poor condition, with no safety for it. The TV and remote didn't work, and only a few free channels were available.

There was no breakfast or parking, and only free TV channels were available, so I couldn't watch the channels I wanted. If there are other good hotels, stay at one of those.
