Hotel Sriram Lodge

The managers were cooperative, and the hotel is very close to Tirupati railway station. A double bed room costs 750rs. The restrooms are clean, the TV works, and hot water is available on request. The place could be maintained better.

Reply to your comment: One customer may behave rudely, but that doesn't mean all customers do. Your staff get complaints about their behaviour, and we only put up with the overpriced room because we were in a hurry and had kids with us. I saw that the current charge for one day is 650, but your staff charged us 750. Doesn't that seem overpriced? On top of that, they refuse requests and shout. Reply to your comment: Nobody is asking you to do charity. Think about the high price of your room and the rude behaviour of your staff.

The rooms are budget friendly, but the staff aren't good. They clear out the room before the 24 hours are up, and talking to the staff about it is a bad experience. I didn't want to give even two stars.

We paid 1500 for two rooms, based on a charge of 750 for 24 hours, and left a 500 deposit. We checked in at 4:30 am and were due out at 4:30 am the next day. Because we had kids with us, we asked to extend checkout to 6 am, but the receptionist rudely said we'd be charged if we didn't leave on time. There wasn't even a bedsheet. They charged another 200 for two guests staying just three or four hours. The way they treated us made us leave six hours early. We'd stayed at this lodge twice before, but the staff have become very rude, and we'll never return. There are some good lodges nearby, so try one of those instead.
