The rooms were great and kept to a high standard, reflecting the team’s attention to detail. A big part of our positive experience was Front Desk Manager Mr. Manu Prasad, whose leadership and dedication were clear. He welcomed us, listened carefully, and responded quickly with organized, kind service that made us feel valued and cared for. Housekeeping staff Shilpa was very polite and friendly. The staff were warm and attentive, and the food and service were excellent. Marasa Sarovar Premiere in Tirupati is an excellent property, with spotless rooms and a peaceful atmosphere. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and highly recommend it.

We loved the elaborate breakfast buffet, with plenty of choices. The two restaurants were another highlight: lunch at Krishna Restaurant included a filling, satisfying Tirupati thali, while the pasta, pizza, and soup at Lotus Restaurant were all excellent. The mountain views were stunning, and the staff were incredibly courteous. We also had a relaxing Abhyanga massage at the spa. The pool was quite cold, probably because of the January weather, but the kids still enjoyed it. I’d suggest adding a bathroom exhaust fan and air conditioning in the game room. The hotel has great amenities, and I highly recommend it.

The Lotus Cafe/Restaurant was slow: it took about five minutes to get a menu and another five for water, then the food took at least 30-40 minutes. The à la carte portions were small, and staff didn’t mention that before serving them. We also booked two deluxe rooms for one night and were told one had a hill view and the other a pool view, but from the supposed pool-view room we could only see the restaurant terrace. The hill-view room had a leaking faucet, and the electric kettles were disgusting. When we asked the manager why these things hadn’t been checked, he said it was the guest’s responsibility to report them because the hotel couldn’t inspect every room individually. Our early check-in request was also mishandled. I called the day before and was told it depended on availability. Later, the hotel called to ask about requests, and the woman said she’d allot rooms if available. When we arrived the next day, I was told early check-in was first come, first served, so the previous day’s discussion had been useless. This was a very average stay for the price, and I’d advise others to be careful before choosing the hotel.
