The hospitality was good, but the canteen prices were very high. There were so many mosquitoes, more than the whole hotel staff, and I couldn't sleep all night because of them. The room and bathroom were very dirty and smelled bad too. I hope it will be much better next time. OYO and the hotel staff, please improve the quality from 0% to at least 10%.

The AC worked, but the property is poorly maintained and nothing like what's shown on Oyo. The furniture and rooms are very old, and the bathroom is dirty and full of mosquitoes. The pillows and bedsheets are torn, and there are lizards around. A baby lizard even comes out of the pillows. The food is horrible, sweet chicken butter masala and all.

We had a booking for tonight and followed the Google location, but the property was hard to find. When we got there, nobody was around. We rang the bell and no one came out, so we waited more than 30 minutes in the sun. Really unprofessional, and the worst hotel, homestay, or whatever this is in Guwahati. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I'll definitely email Oyo about this too. Thanks for your great service.

The hotel's actual condition is totally different from the pictures on Oyo. A completely useless hotel. Don't visit, it's a waste of money.

The bamboo bridge to the ships felt disorganized, and I hope the Government makes the banks of Ummananda, or Ummananda Ghat, safer. Still, visiting the 17th-century temple was an amazing experience.
