Super Collection O Uttarahalli

My stay at Collection O Uttarahalli was awful. On arrival, the room smelled strongly of smoke, and the visibly dirty sheets had someone else’s hair on them. The pillows were in bad shape too, and the bedding clearly hadn’t been washed after the previous guest. I complained to the manager, who switched me to another room, but that one was just as bad, with unwashed covers and sheets that smelled terrible. I couldn’t stay and asked for a refund. When I tried to photograph the room for my claim through the booking app, the staff were rude and wouldn’t let me back inside. I couldn’t get the photos, and I didn’t get a refund. The rooms are filthy, and the management was hostile and unhelpful. I’d tell anyone considering it to book somewhere else.

The food and service at the on-site dining stood out, and the amenities were top-notch. My room was comfortable, spotless, and beautifully designed, with luxurious bedding and stunning views. The staff made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived, and every part of the visit was better than I expected. I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it for a memorable, luxurious trip. I’ll definitely come back.

Nice, clean hotel with good staff and a good location. Everything was good.

I had to wait outside for over an hour just to check in, and the receptionist wouldn’t get out of bed. Even the booking company had to call several times before they opened the door. Once inside, I found paan spit all over the room, including around the bed, and left because the room was so awful. I didn’t feel safe there. Don’t book just because the price is low. The photos are fake, and the positive reviews look fake too. I took photos and hope I get the chance to post them. Please don’t believe the pictures or the reviews shown here.
