The fridge in our room didn’t work, so we had to keep our things in a common room a few steps away. We were also charged an extra ₹10 for each drink, like the fruit juice kept in the fridge at reception, and no one would explain why. When we asked whether there’d be any discount since the room fridge wasn’t working, they told us fridges weren’t included in any room. A very bad experience.

The room itself felt much smaller than the 225 sq. ft. listed when I booked. When I questioned it, management said the area included the veranda, bathroom, staircase, and even the lift space, which doesn’t make sense as a room measurement. The Bouvice Hotel also presents itself as a 3-star property, but I didn’t find the facilities or comfort to match, and many amenities shown in the listing weren’t available. Staff were unprofessional and sometimes rude. It seemed like an old 2BHK flat with only a few changes made for hotel use. For that price, I’d look elsewhere. The listing felt misleading, so check it carefully before booking.

My visit, my phone conversation with your manager Lakshminarayan, and your reply all make it clear how unscrupulous, unethical, and unprofessional you can be. The story in your response was interesting, too. No wonder you can’t work out when I visited. Keep guessing, I’m sure there are plenty of reviews to choose from. This was a horrible experience. Avoid the place if you can, and you won’t regret it.

There’s no car parking, so we were told to leave the car by the roadside on the next street. The toilets were very old and leaking, and there were far too many mosquitoes. Staff, especially the receptionist, were rude and didn’t treat customers with respect. They seem to think that if one online booking leaves, another guest will come, so they don’t need to be courteous. I’ve travelled across countries, and this was by far the worst place I’ve stayed.
