The way into the hotel was a problem in itself. Staff just stared while we struggled over the drain with our bags. Inside, the room was in shocking shape: dirty windows, stained and ripped chairs, greyish-yellow sheets, no toilet paper, marks on the ceiling above the bed, and a filthy fan. The bathroom exhaust had been taped over because it didn't work. Check-in staff seemed completely disinterested, and management was represented by a business card left on the reception counter. The prices felt outrageous for what we got, and the hotel didn't match its advertised presentation or grading. Since our visit, rates have apparently fallen to around 1-1,500INR, which seems more appropriate. In my opinion, it's disgraceful and best avoided. Don't count on all the listed services being available.

Jayanagar's main area is right nearby, with easy access to buses and the metro. The place was neat and clean, and both the owner and staff were friendly. A nice spot to stay.

The hotel's location is the big reason to stay here. You can get to just about everything nearby, and the location is excellent. Rooms were clean and hygienic, with card access on the doors for privacy. Reception staff were polite and disciplined, though the rest of the staff weren't so good. We had a good stay, but the room charges are very high.

I had booked the whole hotel for my brother's wedding and paid Harish half the price upfront. On the wedding day, while I was already dealing with plenty of stress, he demanded the remaining amount before letting my relatives check in. They'd already arrived tired after a 6 hr bus journey for the marriage. It was the most stressful, worst experience. I wouldn't trust this guy with a big occasion, and I don't recommend him.

The room felt safe and was spacious enough for three adults. We picked a Deluxe room with an extra bed for our 2 nights/ days stay. Smaller rooms are available for couples, and the ambience was okay. Hot water, TV, and AC were always available. The first bottle of water they brought was sealed, but the next one wasn't, so we didn't feel comfortable drinking it and left it alone. I suggest management put a Kettle in the rooms, since guests may want hot water to drink.
