The hotel looks lovely, but the service was poor. We visited with family on 25.2.25, and traffic on the main road is always heavy. The room was just okay. We ordered dinner, but the roti, rice, and curry were all served uncovered, with no care in how the food was presented. Tea was brought to the room uncovered too, not in a teapot. The next morning they wouldn't provide breakfast or even tea, saying the kitchen opened at 11, so I had to go out looking for breakfast. I paid 2000 at check-in, but although I told them in advance, they didn't give me a bill the next day. The staff and manager were careless. Families may want to think twice. I won't choose this hotel next time.

The smell in the outside lounge and reception was awful, and the cleanliness needs a lot of work. The AC wasn't working properly either, and the spring mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on. The rooms themselves are ordinary, nothing special. This was my worst stay near Sarjapur so far, and I wouldn't recommend it.

This isn't part of Fab hotel now. I booked through agoda, but when I went to check in they said there was no online booking. I asked for a refund, paid at the counter, and checked in anyway. The AC didn't work, and the hotel gave no proper response. Please don't book.

I paid 20000 in advance for a bulk booking. A few days later, when I went there, they told me the hotel was closed and wouldn't refund the money. I contacted the police, but that didn't help. Fake hotel.

We enjoyed the tasty breakfast each morning, and the hotel's convenient location made it easy to get to major attractions.
