The location is very good, and I’m a customer of zone by the park. The food is really good, including breakfast and dinner. Mr. Ram sing is a very kind person, and mr ankan, shekar and ms silla were very good too. Thank you, inventory team.

The location is the only good thing. The blankets were dirty, and I’d suggest not staying here. During my stay, the receptionist had already collected all the updates and I’d replied by text, but staff kept disturbing me while I was busy with important work. They seemed unable to remember that I was staying at the hotel and could be contacted later. Every person coming on duty would text, and then the manager called too. He didn’t seem to know how to get updates from staff and wanted to involve himself in everything. Very poor staff. The kitchen service was just as frustrating. We ordered three plates of idli and vada, but they brought everything on one plate, with the sambar and chutney in big bowls and no plates or cutlery. We had to ask again, and then waited 30 minutes. A really terrible experience.
