This was my second stay at Nanda Mohan Residency in Tirupati, and the place was neat and hygienic. Mr.Pavan was ready to help us with anything we needed, and the staff were courteous and professional throughout. The room was comfortable, well arranged, and well maintained. Service was strong from check-in through check-out. I had a wonderful visit and would choose to stay here again.

For the quality, the price was very affordable. The hotel is close to Nadhi Circle in Tirupati, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained. I had a great stay and would give it five stars.

We booked a Luxury room for two nights for our Tirumala temple visit. From the terrace we could see the Tirumala hills, which was an awesome sight, and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, pleasant, and had a nice feel to it. Staff and management were supportive, and service was good. Breakfast had four tasty items, though tea or coffee was missing.

This was my fourth time in Tirupati, and this has been my best stay so far. The hotel is very new, with nice, clean rooms, and the welcoming staff are always smiling and ready to sort things out. I got back late after Balaji darshan and couldn’t order food on my phone, so they helped place the order for me. I plan to come back.

There are lots of restaurants nearby, which helps since the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant. We stayed here during our Tirumala Yatra in April 2026. It’s on a narrow lane off Kapilatheertham Road, but the hotel itself is well maintained. The spacious rooms were neat, and the amenities were in good working order. Room service was prompt. One of the best places to stay in Tirupathi.
