The location was the only good part for me. The bedsheets were stained and nobody changed them. For soap, towels, AC, or hot water, you have to go downstairs to reception, and that only helps if someone is there. The service was very slow.

The rooms are nice and budget friendly, and both the toilets and bed were clean. But for everything else, including the TV, AC, and hot water, you have to contact reception.

The room was just okay, and comfort was a problem. The beds were hard as rock, and the AC didn’t work properly. You also have to call reception to request hot water or control the AC. I wouldn’t recommend it if you want a comfortable stay.

The rooms are good, but the service is very bad, and this place isn’t suitable for families.

There’s no restaurant, so even tea or coffee means walking out. The service was very bad, and there were no towels or soap; the bedsheets weren’t clean either.
