Beestay Hotels Elite Park Tirupati

The staff at Hotel Elite Park, Tirupati, had confirmed by phone that my room was ready. On arrival, they acted as though they’d never heard of me. There was no room, no apology, and only excuses. Their careless, unprofessional attitude made the whole thing feel like a scam. I also don’t trust the 5-star Google reviews. They seem to have been written by hotel staff or their friends to mislead customers. This place is a nightmare, not “Elite.” Tirupati has better, more honest options. Avoid it if you value your time, money, and sanity. 👎

They confirmed our booking by phone, but when we got there, there was no room. They also agreed to one price, then argued about it at checkout. Since travelers like us value time more than money, we end up paying whatever they demand. The relieving staff don’t seem to coordinate properly. Mr Naveen

I booked by phone with Hotel Elite Park and was told, “room is ready sir.” When I arrived, there were suddenly no rooms. The staff acted as if they didn’t know me, offered no apology or solution, and just made excuses. It felt like a scam. I’ve never seen such unprofessional behavior. They confirm a booking and then deny you a room. Elite Park was a huge disappointment. 👎

The management and staff were polite and provided good service. I was very satisfied, and it’s a good place for a family stay.
