We found the rooms spacious, with two attached bathrooms and another shared one. The flats seemed new, and there are several restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen only had a few plates, so it wasn't fully equipped. Since we were travelling with our one year old, we brought a portable gas stove and could use the kitchen. A very good family stay.

Our group of 15, including four senior citizens, stayed two nights in a three BHK flat. The elevator was useful for the older members, and the owner was easy to reach, quick to respond, and attentive. He arranged parking in the basement and at a nearby property. The rooms were clean and felt well cared for, like a home. The location also made it easy to get buses, jeeps, autos, shops, and restaurants. A very nice place to stay in Thirupathi.

You can walk to shops and both vegetarian and non-vegetarian hotels from here. The rooms are very spacious, and the staff were really good. Parking fits only three cars, though multiple two-wheelers can be left there. Ask for Mr.Nani at reception, he was a very helpful manager.

Works well for a family of 8 or 10, with enough room to fit everyone. Tirupati railway station is nearby, and there's a small hotel street off the main road by baba hotel, where idli, Puri, and vada packets cost 30 rs.
