We came as a group of around 40, and everyone in my family was very happy with the outstanding, well-maintained rooms. The complimentary breakfast was delicious too and won my family over. For the quality of the food and service, the price was definitely worth it. We had a really great visit about six months ago and I’d book this hotel again if I stay in tirupati. Finding it was difficult because roads were blocked for our tempo travellers, and parking space was limited.

Good location for pilgrims, and the restaurant food was good.

The location is far from Tirupati and Renigunta railway station, so I’d only go here if I had no other option. The service was poor, staff were careless and arrogant, and there was a language barrier. They spoke among themselves in their own language, seemed to mock customers, and didn’t take service seriously. The cable TV didn’t work, and management responded extremely rudely. It was a very bad experience.

The location worked well for us, right across from D Mart. The room was spacious, tidy, and had a comfortable bed. There’s a restaurant and a juice and tea counter on the ground floor with a good menu, though the restaurant service could be better.
