The rooms were tidy and the washroom was clean, but there were no toiletries. Rates felt high for what you get. There's a lift and some parking space. The location is handy, near the Bypass where many private buses stop, and within walking distance of Amman Shri Padmavathi Amma Temple Gate 5. It works for a night or a quick freshen-up before Ammans darshan and then Tirumala Venkateswara Darshan.

The rooms were better, the location was good, and the service was good too.

The hygiene in all the rooms was terrible, with other people's hair inside. They didn't provide a bill either. I took these pictures while arguing about the bill, for reference. The AC and water heater geyser were switched on from reception, so every time we needed those services we had to beg someone to turn them on. I'd recommend not staying here, or you could get sick. Please go to PVK residency beside Vishnu Grand.

They turn off the AC at midnight to cut costs, and charge for water and even the soaps that were supposed to be complimentary. The rooms aren't worth 2k.

I had a very good time at this hotel. It's easy to get to, and the hospitality was good. I'd recommend it to everyone because it's eco friendly.
