I stayed in room 211 on Dec 11 and 12 2025. The room wasn't cleaned, and they didn't provide water. I asked for cleaning and was told someone would come, but nobody did. I also still haven't received my bill. They said they'd send it on WhatsApp, then kept repeating that they'd send it over the next four days. When I called from my number, Chandra manager blocked me; I tried another number and got the same answer. I posted a detailed account, with videos of their behavior, service, and hospitality, on my insta I'd. I won't give up on this matter and will take it as far as I can.

A very average hotel. The shower didn't work and the pipes were in bad shape. I wasted three buckets of water waiting for hot water to come through. The power socket was dead, and there were stains on the bed.

The room smelled disgusting, and the windows didn't close properly. Rain came through and soaked our documents even with the windows shut. Water service was poor, and when we asked, they casually said the pump wasn't working. This happens regularly, apparently. It spoiled the whole journey. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We stayed two nights, on 30th & 31st October 2025, in room 417. The staff said they'd replace the dirty doormat we reported, but never followed up. When our daughter was hungry, we asked for milk powder and got no help. We also weren't given water bottles on the second day, which seems like a basic part of hospitality. The service was very poor, and I wouldn't recommend Hotel Bloom Orchid.

For 2500, this room was a rip-off. It was unhygienic, the AC didn't work properly, and nobody cleaned the room. Don't trust the reviews calling it clean and hygienic. We felt foolish for believing them, so don't make the same mistake.
