The staff were rude and unhelpful, which made an already unpleasant stay worse. The room was dirty and unhygienic, with insects everywhere. The washroom was in bad shape and had no flush, while the bedsheet smelled awful. There wasn't even a dustbin in the bedroom. An old, dusty TV sat beside a broken cupboard that looked ready to fall over. This place could cause health problems. I strongly recommend people avoid it.

If you're visiting Tirupati with family, please don't stay here. It was a creepy, awful hostel, the worst experience of my life.

The room was stiflingly hot, with mosquitoes, a slow fan, dirty rooms, and toilets that felt unfit for people. The receptionist was rude too. An auto driver recommended this property as part of their adjustment business, so be careful before choosing it.

Even the door mats were filthy, and the dusty rooms had broken windows and dirty linen. Some rooms don't have locks, and being beside the main road means lots of noise. The staff were rude and wouldn't let me check in despite my OYO booking and advance payment. OYO recommended the hotel and it had good ratings, but this wasn't up to OYO standards and wasn't worth even one night. If the problems were fixed, it could be a good place to stay in Tirupati. The listing on Google shows a different building. Inside, the doors were damaged, especially the locks, so the rooms didn't feel safe. There were bed bugs in the beds, the bathroom was unclean, and there was no water in the bathrooms. The wardrobe was so dirty I couldn't put anything in it. The rooms aren't maintained, with holes in the walls and very poor construction. They apparently have never seen Harpic or Domex lotion for cleaning toilets. Every part of the stay was a bad experience. Pilgrims, please don't choose this hotel. Sleeping by the roadside or at the railway station would be better.
