Nayath Serviced Apartment

The owner and staff were cooperative on this visit, and when we asked for a couple more hours, they gave us extra time. But my January 2026 stay, from the 14th to the 16th, didn’t match the nice experience I had at Nayath service apartment in January 2024. The bathrooms were poorly maintained, with hard water and salt stains everywhere. We also had to pay for drinking water, even though that’s a basic need at a hotel or serviced apartment. The utensils looked as if they hadn’t been washed in a long time. Please provide drinking water at least.

Location was the one good thing. It was late, we were exhausted, and the problem never got resolved, even though we contacted Goibibo. We just went to sleep. We’d booked a 1BHK apartment at Nayath apartment through Goibibo, paid the full amount online, and arrived at 10 pm expecting good accommodation, but they hadn’t reserved it and gave us three bedrooms instead. The floors were extremely dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, so it was hard to put a foot down. The host was rude, with no hospitality, and even treated us as a couple with suspicion. We’d read the online reviews and arrived with high hopes, so this was really disappointing.

The room and toilet were both unclean, and the actual place looked nothing like the pictures. For what they charge, the service was pathetic. A total waste of money, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and very reasonable for the budget. Staff manage things smoothly, even with a language barrier. Swaroop sir was especially polite, and the team was responsive.
