The central location is convenient, just a 2-3 minute walk from the railway station, with shops and markets all around. There’s also a restaurant with good food. I booked online through Goibibo, and both rooms were neat, with clean white bedsheets and linen, good space, and the facilities a family needs, including centralized air conditioning. I’d book here without hesitation. Hotel staff, please keep things up this way.

The bus to Tirumala leaves from right across the road, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. It’s easy to reach from both the bus stand and train station. I was taking a chance booking two rooms for five of us based only on Google Maps reviews, but everything worked out, and I’d bring my family here again. The checkout time was explained when we got the keys. Rooms and beds were clean, with bottled water, central AC controls in the room, and a lift to every floor. The bathroom was tidy, with fresh towels, soap, shampoo and hot water available throughout. Staff were friendly and didn’t pester us for tips.

We came back from an early morning temple darshan around 5:00 AM and were met with hostility. The receptionist spoke rudely and in a condescending, authoritarian way while demanding that we check out at 6:00 AM. Staff then questioned why my wife was there, claiming that only the person who booked the room was allowed. That was absurd, humiliating and offensive for a married couple. The receptionist kept arguing, raised his voice and acted arrogantly and disrespectfully, making the situation feel intimidating and degrading. This was blatant misconduct, not a misunderstanding. There was no professionalism, empathy or basic decency; staff treated paying guests like an inconvenience. One encounter at the front desk can ruin a whole trip. Families, couples and religious travellers should avoid booking unless they’re prepared to be insulted. It was one of the most appalling hotel experiences imaginable. Management needs to step in urgently and replace staff, or the property deserves to be boycotted.

Everything was neat and clean, and the staff were friendly and polite. The room was compact but comfortable, with good centralized AC. We had hot water, shampoo, soap and a water bottle, but the TV didn’t work during our stay. For the room size, it felt a little expensive.
