It costs more, but I felt the stay was worth every penny. The quiet location had stunning city views, and the food was world-class, with a beautifully presented dinner and breakfast menu. The place was a two-bedroom flat with a hall and separate kitchen. Our room was massive, with a separate seating area and a huge, comfortable bed.

The rooms were spacious, and the food was decent. The staff were kind and very helpful. Special shout-out to Sujata from the housekeeping team, who’s a sweetheart, and the hotel manager was very kind too. I had a great stay and would totally recommend it.

Arriving late with an infant can be stressful, but Balaji, the manager at the reception, made check-in seamless and took thoughtful care of what we needed. He even kindly upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view of the hills so our baby could have a peaceful, pleasant stay. Everything at Starlit Suites Tirupati was as advertised. The modern rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and I had a wonderful experience. It’s rare to get such genuine hospitality. I’m completely happy and would highly recommend it to families visiting Tirupati.

The property seems relatively new, and the room was good. The location is beyond the railway line, so at times you have to wait for a train to pass. Breakfast was very average and could be much better. Parking was left to guests, and I had to scramble to find a spot because it was full. With the basement still being worked on, I was asked to park my new car on the ramp, which felt scary. The hotel staff didn’t even come out to understand or help with any issue. Reception worked with cold faces and didn’t entertain questions. Front office support needs to improve if the hotel wants customer satisfaction, and hospitality is a big question. If the owner is serious about running this long term, it’s time to get good staff who take ownership and commitment to provide a hassle-free customer experience.
