The check-in time on the booking site was 11, but even when I arrived around 12:30, my room still wasn't ready. I had to ask several times for a towel and never got one. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, and there was no heater for winter. The room itself was average, with spider webs in a corner. Don't be tempted by the swimming pool, you probably won't be able to use it. The manager needs to set clearer rules and improve the service.

We arrived with all our luggage and my family was left standing on the road while we tried to find somewhere else to stay. Our advance booking was refused without any notice. The hotel staff didn't explain things properly, saying their previous guest hadn't checked out. I also blame the Agoda app for cancelling bookings without warning. This was the worst hotel I've encountered in any city, and the worst experience I've had with Agoda.

We stayed for two days and got two rooms straight away. One had a bit of a smell, but they sorted it out after we mentioned it. The rooms are just okay, though fine for friends staying a day or two, and the place works for a small photo shoot. Not bad.

The pictures on the site give the wrong impression. The rooms and swimming pools were poor, and the service was really bad. A complete waste of money, I wouldn't recommend it.

The price is cheap, and the room is average. Just be prepared to share it with lizards, there were several, plus a frog or toad in the bathroom.
