Bliss

I visited for my regular Tirumala Darshan on 29 May 2026 and had a very good stay. I shared the same feedback with Assistant Hotel Manager Kishore. Check-in was very smooth, and they accommodated an early check-in and check-out. The staff were extremely courteous, in keeping with the IHCL brand. The room was neat and tidy, and the washroom was flawless. I especially liked the fragrance of the face soap. At the restaurant, we had dinner and the breakfast buffet. The selection wasn’t lavish, but what was served was nearly flawless. I appreciated the limited non-vegetarian choices on the buffet, given the sanctity of the place, and the availability of lactose-free milk, which I don’t often see served openly. The restaurant staff were warm, too. The area beside the entrance isn’t very pleasant. IHCL isn’t responsible for it, but could consider addressing it as part of CSR. The call center number often can’t be reached and calls go unanswered. I discussed this with Mr. Kishore, who gave me his contact details, and hope the issue gets fixed for others.

We had an awesome dining experience at Vyom restaurant, where the F&B team under Mr.Sarvanan did a great job introducing us to local cuisine. Special applause to the whole team: Saravanan, Arshad, Amrika, Sneha, Gautam, Basundhara and Milan. The team at Ekante Bliss took wonderful care of my family and me, and the hospitality and customer service were excellent. Special thanks to Mr.Kishore and Ms.Tapaswini, who looked after us so well and were true ambassadors of the world-famous Taj Group hospitality. Keep it up. I’ll strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed for two nights, from 23rd to 25th May, and the cafeteria team made us feel welcome even when we arrived 30 minutes late for meals. They served us without rushing us or making us feel out of place, which we really appreciated. Ajay from housekeeping also left a lasting impression. He has a speech impairment, but his sincerity, attentiveness and commitment to guests came through in every interaction. The way the whole staff treated us was warm and dedicated. When hospitality can feel transactional, Ecanto Bliss reminded us what genuine guest care looks like. A comfortable stay with people who go the extra mile, and highly recommended.

The food was fresh, hygienic and tasty, with a good range of choices. Staff kindly prepared mild, less-spicy dishes when we asked, which was helpful with our two-year-old. Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained, and housekeeping was prompt and flexible around the child’s schedule. The team were courteous, cooperative and understanding of family needs. They helped with early check-in and luggage, and gave us guidance for local travel. Ekanté Bliss has an excellent location for getting around Tirupati and planning temple visits without stress. We had a peaceful, pleasant family stay and would happily choose it again when visiting with young children.
