The service was pathetic. We waited 20 minutes just for someone to take our order, then another 30 for the food. The water glasses were dirty, and even after asking twice, nobody brought water. Staff took orders from people who arrived after us and didn't check in with the other customers still waiting either.

😡🤬😤🤮 Please don't go here. They served stale, useless food, and the staff were no help. When we said they were giving us stale food, they still charged us the full amount. Then one of them switched off another fan to take his anger out on us.

My wife and I stayed on 21st and 22nd October 2022, and we were more than satisfied. The room was lovely, well situated, clean, and nicely decorated, with a good city view. The food was tasty, distinctive, and excellent.

The location was perfect, but the stay isn't recommended. Cleanliness was 1/5: there was lots of hair on the bed, cockroaches in the room, and a bit of a smell. Service was 1/5 too. For basic needs like water, you have to go downstairs and ask, and even water isn't complimentary. I'd give the price 3/5, expensive for the service. They're no longer with OYO and have their own hospitality rules. The room they handed over was disappointing. Rishikesh has many better places to stay, so don't get fooled by the Google reviews.

The food quality was the worst. I don't know about the rooms, but the kadhai paneer I ordered was -100 out of 5. They served stale, ruined dough roti, and the lassi wasn't good either, 1/5. A waste of money. Don't go.
