Dinner took almost two hours to arrive, with no proper update while we waited. Room service was extremely poor. The room was much too small, the water conditioning was bad, and breakfast was especially disappointing. For a hotel called 4-star, the breakfast service was far below expectations: the area was poorly maintained, several stalls were empty, choices were limited, food wasn’t replenished on time, and it didn’t taste fresh. Staff were slow to respond and didn’t pay attention to guests. Food service should be a highlight at a 4-star hotel, but it was the worst part of this stay and affected the whole experience. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and improves breakfast. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this place. It should be called a 1-star hotel instead. Pathetic service 👎👎

The food was awful, tasteless and stale, and not worth what it cost. When we complained, nobody tried to fix it or offer a solution. From check-in, the staff were rude and uncooperative, acting like helping guests was a burden. This place ruined my trip. There was no hospitality, and I’d strongly advise others to avoid it.

The restaurant took an hour to bring our order, and the food arrived cold and bland. The butter naan was very dry with no butter, and the mushrooms weren’t cooked through. The corn in the sweet corn soup wasn’t sweet corn and was undercooked, while the soup itself was far too sweet. The service was the worst.

We had a great stay in a neat, tidy deluxe twin-double room. It was a quiet spot away from the main road, the bustle of Tapovan, and its diverse crowd, so you’ll need a car to get to nearby areas. For a peaceful break in Rishikesh without spending much, this works well. It’s a 4-star hotel with proper amenities and ambience. The geyser took a while to heat the water. Food was average, though breakfast was good. Service felt a bit slow despite low occupancy while we were there. Thanks for a great stay.

I keep coming back here, it’s an amazing place. The massage therapists are very professional, and Sakshi, the hotel manager, personally helped us choose the kind of massage we wanted. The tea is lovely too.
