The hotel was unclean and under maintenance, and the reception staff were too unhelpful to offer any support. My stay was a very bad experience. I suggest not booking here, and I won't book it again.

The location and staff are good, but the infrastructure needs major work. The AC didn't work, there were no basic extras like a hot kettle or tea bags, and they provided just one water bottle for two people. The geyser and AC are controlled from reception.

Room service and food were good. For the price, though, the room's condition and amenities could be better.

The management were helpful and cooperative, and the rooms were very comfortable. It was a great experience. Thank you!

There isn't a dining area, though they bring food to the room, and the bathroom was okay. I stayed for a couple of days, but the rooms were small and unclean. The worst part was that someone hit my car in their parking lot and the hotel said it wasn't their responsibility. They wouldn't let me see the CCTV footage. Maybe someone on staff or a guest hit the car and they just wanted to protect them. Be aware of this before staying. Pay a bit more and choose another hotel.
