Radisson Jalandhar

The food was delicious, and breakfast every day was no problem. We’ve been here for a week and have really enjoyed the stay. The staff have all been very nice, and housekeeping and laundry were fantastic. Thanks to the fifth floor housekeeping team for all their hard work.

Breakfast in the dining area was a comfortable experience, thanks to Daljeet. She was quick and professional, knew the menu well, and helped me choose lunch. The Beetroot Halwa was amazing. It’s always a very comfortable stay at Raddisson's, and Daljeet is definitely a good part of the team.

We found the restaurants’ authentic Indian food excellent, with plenty of variety, and they can make dishes as requested. The rooms were clean and tidy, with suitable facilities. The hotel is also well placed for shopping and visiting Jalandhar, Phagwara, Karputhla. Sanjeev, Rajeev, Jagwinder, Daljit, and Gurmal were attentive to what we needed. We’re looking forward to our next trip in 2027 and will book Radisson Jalandhar again.

I stayed at Radisson Jalandhar from 17th to 18th, and the experience fell far below what I expected from the brand. I’d spoken with Angel at reception before arriving about a request, but it still hadn’t been handled when I got there. Jobanpreet responded casually, “karva dine aa sir”. Check-in itself was poor too, with no greeting or welcome, and not even an offer of water. I’d also ordered a cake in advance. When I asked Jobanpreet about it, he told me to ask the restaurant instead of checking or helping. I explained everything to Manager Lalit, but there was no follow-up or clarification, and nobody updated me about the cake. At 11:53 PM I tried calling reception, the Duty Manager, and Room Service to ask about it, but every line was engaged and nobody answered. When I got to my room later that night, the mini bar was completely empty. In the morning there was only one dental kit. Breakfast staff were still casual and inattentive, and the food wasn’t fresh. It was a very bad, pathetic stay. This didn’t show the hospitality, service, or professionalism I expect from Radisson. Extremely disappointing.
