VITS Shalimar Hotel

We stayed in a classic room but got service like a five-star hotel, with clean, neat rooms, all amenities, attentive staff, and a poolside sitting area. The nearby area was peaceful, and there's a garden right beside the hotel where you can walk around. The food was tasty with plenty of choices. I'd recommend a breakfast and meal plan, since the à la carte prices are more costly. This place deserves more than five stars, everything was the best.

The food was very good, and the housekeeping was good too. The admin staff were amazingly supportive in their manner and behavior. Shashank ji and Shradhanjali were very helpful, and Mr. Arjeetbhai and Rajkumar behaved excellently.

The property is big and nice, and its location in GIDC makes it a good choice if you want a large hotel near a company there. I personally don't prefer staying in GIDC because of pollution. Room service was poor, and the staff lacked professionalism.

The pool was spotless and well kept, and I liked the clean, spacious gym with everything I needed for a good workout. The facilities made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Food was excellent, with a good range of fresh, well-prepared dishes at every meal. Service was consistently friendly and professional, from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it for the service, food, and amenities.
