Honestly, this was a very bad experience. The hospitality and staff behavior were terrible. They don’t know how to treat or behave with customers, and there were also fake promises about the payment. I’m giving them 2 stars and would never recommend them to anyone.

My first trip to Bhubaneswar became a nightmare because of this hotel. The room was a mess, the toilets were disgustingly dirty, and there was no water to flush. The AC didn’t cool even when I set it to 16 degrees Celsius. Staff were uncooperative. I’d booked online and regretted having to stay. Avoid booking here.

There were cockroaches all over the room. It’s not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The bathroom is so cramped you can barely stand in it properly. The rooms are tiny too, and you’ll probably see cockroaches crawling around.

The location is great, and while there’s no restaurant, tasty food is available at nearby hotels. The rooms are very small and smell old. The bathroom is dirty, and the geyser is small, so you have to wait for hot water. I also found lots of cockroaches and lizards in the cupboard.
