We booked five rooms for a special occasion, expecting a hospitable and professional stay, but the experience fell below reasonable standards. Several air conditioning units weren't working, and bedsheets weren't changed daily. Staff also began pressing us to check out at 11:00 am, even though the published checkout time was noon. There were problems with the bill too. Complimentary water bottles promised at check-in were added to the final bill, and when we requested a GST invoice, we were told the property doesn't issue GST bills to customers. The owner and reception staff were confrontational and uncooperative, which made the stay worse. With the poor maintenance, discourteous management, and misleading charges, I can't recommend the property. Confirm billing and facilities in writing before booking.

I really like this property. It's calm and very clean, in a nice location, and the staff are cooperative. There are just 10 rooms, and the price is very competitive.

A good option for business travellers in the city, with free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is simple, and there's a small banquet hall that works well for gatherings of 50 to 60 people. Drinking is allowed, but you have to arrange it yourself. Self-catering is allowed too.

We held an engagement reception at the Venue, the Executive Point, and the hall was terrible. The room felt claustrophobic, and the air conditioner we paid an extra 300/- per hour for wasn't working properly. The furniture was in pathetic condition, with a table breaking during the event, and the main entrance door was broken too. Management didn't help with any of this. The woman in charge was very rude and later wouldn't take our calls when we tried to complain. We were also charged extra for lighting on top of the usual rent. I strongly recommend against booking this venue for any kind of gathering.
