The hotel is in a safe area, though it felt a bit removed from the places visitors are likely to go, around a 20-minute Uber ride. The rooms are great, the food is fab, including room service, and the staff are lovely. They may try a little too hard to please, though. At breakfast about ten deliveries came to my table, each with a feedback question and a personal enquiry. I even briefly worried I wouldn't be allowed to leave because my breakfast feedback form had gone missing. Still, it's a great place to stay.

The breakfast buffet was the best part of our stay. We were comfortable in the room, and the staff made us feel welcome and looked after. We had a great time and would definitely return.

The staff were kind and the service was good, and the room was super clean. Still, there are some real shortcomings. The rooms are very small, so two people can't comfortably open their luggage, and sound carries badly between rooms. We heard a lot of TV and footsteps from beside us and upstairs. The breakfast was generally good, but the orange juice was artificial, which doesn't feel acceptable at this price. Toilet paper was rough like sandpaper. I also don't understand putting money into a large rooftop pool when it's too hot outside for ten months of the year and pollution makes it hard to be outdoors for two. The hotel could use that investment on things guests need in their rooms.

We chose this hotel because it was near our relatives and within walking distance of shops, groceries, and food. The lobby feels upscale, with its high ceiling and modern decor, and our room was clean and spacious. The staff, from the front desk to breakfast, in-room service, and housekeeping, gave us the best customer service we've ever had. Breakfast at the YAYAVAR was out of this world. The buffet had lots of choices, but the Dosa, Luchi, and other Indian food stood out. There were also made-to-order omelets, yogurt, cereal, bread, many coffees and teas, plus chef-prepared dishes brought to the table. We used the gym, and there’s also a spa and a rooftop bar with an infinity pool. You can hear city noise, especially music and ceremonies during India's wedding season, sometimes late into the night. That's part of staying in a big city, and the hotel can't control it. Everything else exceeded our expectations.
